the service was great The fabric was perfect for the job. The colour was as described packaged well znd delivered on time thank you
I placed an order on Midland Textiles on September 28th, but to this day, the order has not even been dispatched or handed over to the courier. To make matters worse, I sent an email to customer service asking for an update, but I never received any response.
It is completely unacceptable that they even send an automated email asking for a product review when the item was never delivered. Absolutely unreliable website, I strongly advise against buying from them.
